Refund & cancellation guide
Private Events
Deposits required for private events are non-refundable if the private event is cancelled less than 14 days in advance of workshop date.
If it is cancelled before 14 days, a credit will be placed on file for one year and can only be applied to another private event.
We will contact the event host or coordinator 48 hours before a scheduled event, the final number of painters is required at this time and the customer will be charged for that number the day of the event.
Art course cancellation policy
We will provide a refund if you give advance notice of 7 working days before the course start date that you will not be taking up your place on a course. This will allow time to find a replacement for your spot. Please note there is a administration fee of $20 payable in respect of refunds.
You will need to speak to Jess on 0405440411 who will make a note of your withdrawal and ask you to put your reason for withdrawal in writing to artjess@icloud.com
Please note, if you withdraw after the course has started you will not be entitled to a refund. If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness, then Jess must be informed as soon as possible.
Non-attendance of classes/workshops does not not automatically mean a refund, however we will consider the circumstances with fair and reasonable consideration.
Uncork Your Imagination & other workshops
Less than 7 days notice before the workshop is non refundable but transferable to another date.
